• Single 60 Minute Session - A single session consists of custom tailored coaching getting to know you and together coming up with a  practical plan and advice.The entire session is designed to help you in the direction of an improved life through best practices and practical advice. Spiritual Counseling,Confidence Building,Communication (relationships,friendships,co-workers,family members) All sessions are faith based

• Monthly Deal (4 sessions)- The 4 week package deal is one 60 minute session/weekly for four consecutive weeks. This can start any week of the month.  All sessions require commitment to developing better habits and completing the work required to get to an improved life and the working out of any problems that may be blocking from the life you want to live.These sessions can consist of any type of coaching that I offer. The categories are self image and confidence building, spiritual counsel, life coaching.
